To whom it may concern,
I have tried to contact this people regarding a purchase that was returned in February 2006. I was told to mail the watch which was paid for and under warranty to the following address cert. Letter Address: Steinhausen/AROA Market 12621 Encinitas Ave. Sylmar, Ca 91324. It was signed for by Nancy Zaragoza. They have no phone for us to call them. I have paid $250.00 dollars for this watch which is under warranty. We would appreciate if you could look into this matter. I will be connecting an attorney regarding this matter if the money is not refunded or a new watch is sent that is in working order. Monterey Financial Services P.O. Box 2669, Carlsbad, CA 92018 received all monies regarding this purchase; their phone number is (877) 399-6374. They keep given us the run around and give us phone numbers that don't exist. Could you please follow up on this and see what you can do regarding this matter? My Husband purchased this watch because he thought it was a wonderful piece.

They are listed with the BBB.org as: Business ID: 1186-0009000136 Name: Monterey Financial Services Inc Address: 4095 Avenida De La Plata City: Oceanside State/County: CA Zip/Postal Code: 92056 Federal Trade Commision 600 Penselvania Ave, NW Washington, DC. 20580 877-382-4357 Both Monterey Financial Services and Monterey Collection Services are the same company at the same address witht he same phone numbers. Don't let them to continue illegal fraudulant practices.
