I submitted to Stellar Productions Live/Karen Koebnick (owner) $2000.00 (Two-thousand dollar) deposit for the Machu Picchu trip in August/September, 2013.
$1000.00 of this deposit was non-refundable which left $1000.00 of this deposit REFUNDABLE.
Over the course of the past 2 years I have sent several emails, left phone message, and several Facebook messages requesting the Refundable $1000.00 be refunded and mailed back to me. Although a few of my requests have had a response from Karen Koebnick, many of my messages have gone ignored and unanswered.
The last response I received from K.Koebnick was via email on Wed, Jul 22, 2015 at 6:57 AM. K.Koebnick stated, "I will send you $500 of your refund" (full email may be submitted upon request).
I responded to K.Koebnick's email the very next day (Thu, Jul 23, 2015 at 5:14 PM) stating, "I ask that you seriously reconsider refunding the full 1K of the 1K Refundable monies." as keeping $500 of the Refundable portion of the deposit is really bad business and contractually ONLY $1000.00 of my $2000.00 deposit was non-refundable, not $1500.00.
Again, this email and other phone messages left to the above response to K.Koebnick has furher been ignored. I have not heard from Karen Koebnick in any manner, nor have a received any monies (part or full) of my REFUNDABLE portion of the $2000 deposit which is still $1000.00.
I would like the refundable portion of the deposit of $2000.00 refunded to me immediately, which again is $1000.00.

Stellar Productions Live/Karen Koebnick, after 2 1/2 years, finally returns the $1,000.00 of refundable deposit monies to this consumer on December 12, 2015.
Thank You Rip Off Reports for providing a service which holds companies accountable and in turn has companies do what should of been done from the very beginning --- "The Right Thing".
