Step Up On Second No Physical Theraphy? No authorization of needed Treatment for the past 9 years? no co-operation getting answer to Questions, i.e. milage cost for the past 7 years? doctor Bills not being paid? etc.etc. burbank California
I have been in a workers comp. case since 3/15/2007. One of the clients broke my neck at work! I have contiuiosly been Denied Health Sevices, Finacial aide, Doctors recommended (Specialist) by my Primery care doctor, needed to recover! I am now in the process of going to a Judge (When?) according to my lawywer who says we don't have all the reports needed from all the doctors and has not received them for over 1 year now since my original assesment? I can't get answers to questions for the owed milage ( the cost per mile, as it changes) for the past 7 years so I can claim the money owed to me? I have muliple issues that have been denied due to lack of information? Stall tactics with changing ajusters. I don't know what I can do or if it is My Lawyers lack of obligations being fullfilled in my behalf? I have been totaly dis-abled according to certain Dr. and only Partily by others? How do I get my case settled and when? The complete details would be like writing a book, But I am sure you get the jest of it? what do I do/ who do I turn to for help?
