Quite simple: On November 4, 2010, I loaned Stephan Condodemetraky and Autosports International, Inc. $30,000. The express, written terms of the loan called for repayment, with interest, on January 31, 2011. In making the loan I was assured by Mr. Condodemetraky that he simply needed the funds to "tide him over" until other funds arrived. Of course, January 31, 2011 came and went, and as of the date of this report I have never received a dime from Mr. Condodemetraky. This despite repeated emails on the subject.

I have since come to learn that the entire "Robin Hood Rally" appears to have been an elaborate scam to separate automotive enthusiasts from their money. There is at least one other report about Condodemetraky and Autosports on this site, and plenty of others on the web.

In my defense, this loan was facilitated by a (once) trusted third party, who I believe (actually hope) was also ripped off by Mr. Condodemetraky and Autosports.

This guy is hiding behind his corporate entity, and claiming that I'm the one using lawyer tricks; gotta love that :)

So happy that you're willing to share the paperwork. Mine says that you were supposed to pay me $30,000, plus interest, on January 31, 2011. No ifs, ands, or buts. There was never an extension, or an amendment, or any change to the original paperwork.

In my opinion, you KNEW when you borrowed this money on November 4, 2010 that you wouldn't be able to pay it back 90 (or so) days later. And when you borrow money under false pretenses, that's called fraud. It's a type of intentional tort, if you want to get lawyerly about it. And the corporate shield doesn't protect individuals who commit intentional torts.

Final piece of advice for anyone who's bothered to read this far: Google "Robin Hood Rally" + scam, or "Condodemetraky" + scam, and check out some of the results.  Wish I had done that before I made this loan.

Cheers!

The Company, Autosports International, Inc. borrowed $30,000 from Benedict Capital and Joe Tranfo and does not have the funds to repay.

He made the loan knowing that the company did not have the funds to repay and instead of going after the company he is attempting to slander my name and say that I in some way owe him $30,000.

Joe Tranfo is a lawyer and knows better.

Joe, set the record straight and tell people the truth.  You loaned money to Autosports International, Inc., not Stephan Condodemetraky, and you now think that by posting on some Website that you will be paid.

Happy to provide a copy of the paperwork.  Joe, will you do the same.  I doubt it.

What do you expect from a lawyer???  This is simply what you get.

Don't beleive what you read on the internet!
