Stephen William Cooper Fails to pay child support for four children Big Sandy Tennessee
Stephen Cooper has failed to pay child support off and on for the past four years for four children. He left Mill Spring N.C. his wife and four children for another woman and they moved to Big Sandy, Tn.
He moved from there to Purere, Tn. then to Newark Ohio, and then back to Big Sandy. He is trying to confuse DSS, so he doesn't have to pay child suppoert. He is from England and is not a citizen. He works on a green card to be in the United States. His social security number is 590-10-9762. He was born 12-19-65. He is about 5'9" tall about 124 pounds has brown thinning hair. He also is supposed to provide Medical for his children which he doesn't.
