In 2007, Steve Leflar, in cahoots with Eric Symons, start to work on a plan to seize North Bay Entertainment, a company owned and created by Thomas Schoenberger and managed by Eric Symons

January 2008 Eric Symons tells people that "soon Steve Leflar will be owner"

February 2008. Eric Symons gains 20 LBS

March 2008  Steve Leflar steals North Bay Entertainment by secretly working with Eric Symons to set up a new NBE under Steve Leflar sole propeitorship. 

March 2009. Thomas Schoenberger discovers the scam and also that Steve Leflar had set up the company  under his own name.

June 2009  Eric Symons gains another 18 LBS

Steve Leflar had by this time thought he had it all, a company with ties to Napa, a plumb guitarist boyfriend who did whatever Steve asked, a reputation for the first time in his life. No more working Craigs List 175 doillar specials.

January 2010. The musicians are calling Eric  demaning money.Eric is gaining weight to a point where Steve tells Eric its "treadmill time"  Eric obeys. As usual

March 2010. Steve Leflar, by now hiding from his creditors and over 30 bands he owes. starts Simply The Best Entertainment in Sacremento County

June 2010 Steve tells Eric to set up an STB wing in Cotati. Steve's strict instructions are "If anyone asks you if I am your partner, I want you to throw a hissy fit and state that "My company has a perfect track record!!!  You might also forget that yoi lost twice to Thomas regarding the money I owe you. January 2011. Steve is getting really upset by Eric's bon bons, and obsession with Sergent Schultz of Hogans Hero's. Steve tells Eric, I have never felt like a man and I want to explore my frisky side.

June 2011. Steve Leflar, by this time a craigs list sensation for his chicken dancing DJ work approaches another man with an idea to train Eric to do a whale and harpoin act for kids. The first event, the harpoion dies of fright !!

July 2013  Eric gains so much, he cant fit on YouTube anymore.

1. Steven Leflar is a child predator. He has stalked Thomas Schoenberger since 2009, after Mr.Schoenberger caught him and Eric Symons engaged in the theft of his company throgh fraud. None of the entities Leflar has mentioned here have eveer filed police reports of sued Mr.Schoenberger. The only one who has been sued repeatedly and lost is Steve Leflar. Both Leflar and Eric Symons were named as defendants in numerous small claims actions. 

2 As of Deccember 5th 2012, Thomas, his ex wife and their child have reported both Steven Leflar and Eric Symons to the police. It is well known that Leflar uses lies, alias's and distortions as stalking tactics.The Schoenberger family complained to police on December 5th 2012 that their 12 year old child's identity had been hijacked by Steven Leflar. This is why Leflar now has the reputation as a child predator.

 3. An old girlfriend of Thomas's went to the police as of September 2013 to complain that her name had been used to attack Thomas. The IP address matches Steven R Leflar. Leflar stalked this victim as well, photographing her liscense plate.In august 2010, sugar cubes were found on the rim of her gas tank. 4 months after the event, Thomas recieved a mocking call from Leflar, admitting that not only had he sabotaged her car while "in Napa on business", but that he had also placed nails under the rear tires of his ex wife's car.Schoenberger has a witness to the phone call, since his phone was on speaker.Now the ex employee has supported the story because Leflar has bragged to the ex employee of his numerpus schemes to sabotage Schoenberger and his circle.  This is sabotage and criminal behavior at it's extreme. The sugar cube incident was witnessed by three people. The old girlfriend, Thomas and his son. The incident was clearly more of Leflar's aggressive  behavior because neither Schoenberger or his ex girlfriend used sugar.

 4. Steve Leflar's ex employee, who has a company called Legendmakers has written to the Napa Police will a full statement of fact, including Leflar plotting to kill or injure Thomas, his family, his ex girlfiend and others. As of 2013, these threats remain real. In the statement sent to police and Napa DA, the ex DJ/contractor has also provided damning evidence that Leflar threatened, plotted and carried out acts of aggression and also actively sought to "place blame" on Thomas. Leflar's ex employee is working with police to prepare a criminal indictment on Leflar for terrorist threats, criminal damage to property, felony stalking,and other charges. 

 5. The Napa Police have been contacted by yet another victim of Leflar Symons in early October 2013. The victim was stalked by Eric Lee Symons, and threatened. the victim was called by Symon's who admitted to the victim that Leflar and Symons had her on their "list", as they do the other victims. 

 6. The fictional story of the owner of Viviani comes from Leflar's imagination. there was also never a note left in any violinists case. Such a note would have been used by police, fingerprinted, and then used as evidence. Leflar's stories are as dangerous as his stalking. The welcome news is that now, the Napa Police have had 6 complaints regarding Leflar and Symons and because the ex employee of Leflar has now turned as an eyewitness against Leflar, a criminal investigation into Steven R Leflar and Eric Symons will undoubtedly proceed.

 4.As of last week . another victime of Steve Leflar's stalking complaned to Napa Police , who have started an active invistigationinto Steve Leflar and Eric Symons for criminal stalking, intent to committ fraud,and terrorism.

 5. Larry Lynch almost did not play the 2010 Corinithian club Christmas club new years eve party because he was lied tp repeatedly. Sheila Groves and other respected agents and artists , including Kier LaCrosse will have nothing to do with Symons or Leflar.  Finally, Steve Leflar's fake YouTuhbe was taken down for violation and abuse.

In January 2004 Thomas Schoenberger Borrows $18,000.00 From Steven Leflar And Still Owes $6000.00 to pay his creditors. He Once Again had Been Stealing Artists Money Paid By Clients. There is still a $6,000.00 balance due.

2005

In 2005 Thomas Schoenberger breachs his contract with Pacific Entertainment (Randy Harris) and doesn’t pay the money owed. Mr Harris sued Thomas for over $48,000.00 and wins.

2007

On April 9, 2007 Thomas closed his business license in Napa citing he moved to Rohnert ParkCA when in fact he operated North Bay Entertainment through April 2009 in Napa.

2008

In Feb 2008 Steven Leflar was approached by Schoenberger to become a partner in North Bay Entertainment.

1. In 2001 a violinist for a string quartet based in Palo Alto had a threatening note left in her violin case after she complained to the State Labor Relations board for non-payment of a gig. A police Report was filed.

2. In 2001 Thomas Schoenberger entered into a contract with Randy Harris as the DJ division of North Bay Entertainment. Mr. Schoenberger stalked Mr. Harris by letters, emails & news paper, claiming Mr. Harris held a gun on him. Mr. Schoenberger lost in court.

3. In 2002 Thomas stalked the owner and president of Viviani Destination services, and even followed the president of the firm to her mother's house 100 miles away and placed a sign on her mother's front yard. A police report was filed.

4. Over the same incident, where Thomas was upset with the DNC, Schoenberger stole stationary from a well-known caterer and wrote a poison pen letter as if it were from said caterer.

 5. In 2005 Christine Andrews owner of Ecoutez Music was stalked by Mr. Schoenberger just because she was a competitor and told the truth about Mr. Schoenberger...

6. Jay Goetting writer for The Napa Register was stalked by Schoenberger because he didn’t print the lies about Mr. Harris of Pacific Entertainment. He reported just the facts.

7. Eric Symons was recruited by Schoenberg and was not paid his commissions. Schoenberger started stalking Symons in 2009 falsely attacking his company Simply The Best Entertainment with total falsehoods and nothing to backup his claims.

8. Steven Leflar has been stalked by Mr. Schoenberger since 2008. In 2004 Mr. Leflar loaned Schoenberger $18,000.00 to help keep North Bay Entertainment from Bankrupcy and to date still owes $6,000.00. In 2008 Mr. Schoenberger approached Mr. Leflar to become a partner in North Bay Entertainment. Steve Leflar  falsely claims that R.Israel owned 25% of North Bay Entertainment in 2008. The facts are that NBE was completely owned by Steve Leflar.

In March 2008, Steve Leflar approched Ron Israel, claiming he had just "gotten away with murder" by stealing North Bay Entertainment from the owner"

Leflar further claimed he had Eric Symons, the general manager of North Bay Entertainment as his cohort.

Leflar took Ron Israel down to the business office of Concord California as he started North Bay Entertainment Concord on March 24th 2008.

Over the next several months, he tried to get Ron to invest in his new agency. Ron refused, having already put 70,000 into Steve Leflar's Star Sounds Productions company.

As Steve Leflar proceeded to steal from dozens of musicians, he would often brag that "Eric is as stupid as they come" and that Eric would "take the musicians s**t" and then "come serve me"

R.Israel started to get very supsicious of Leflar, and ultimately , it was found out that Leflar was even ripping Israel off for $70,000.
