Steve Tessier seems to be a pro at redirecting and deflecting attention from the multiple copyright infringements and thefts by creating fake IDs here at Ripoff Report such as "TheLawyer" and "Thortheking" and posting FALSE information regarding those he feels are competition for his friend John Long who runs a prop replication forum called "Accuprops". This forum is closed to the public and membership is through approval by the board owner only. He ensures that only people who agree with his warped sense of morality and ethics are allowed on the board. Steve Tessier is a senior member of Accuprops and feels compelled to tear down any other replica board or replica creator even when his "hero" is just as culpable at copyright infringement. Having two licensed replicas DOES NOT excuse the plethora of infringing items Mr. Long has produced and sold over the years along with other guilty members of his replica board. If you read the "rebuttal" by Steve, aka Thortheking, you will see that he offers zero facts and no response to the offenses I've made everyone aware of here. Including the fact that he condemns so called recasting and copyright infringement in one maintenance and then in the same post he claims to have been ripped off by the same type of people. Meaning that he's more than happy to buy unlicensed items as long as he's getting what he wants. Facts are that Mr. Tessier's involvement in so-called copyright infringement makes him just as culpable as the people he'd like to throw under the bus. Yes, CBS is aware of your calls Steve but they are also aware of the lousy character you are and that you've lied, cheated and ripped off people. Shouldn't throw stones idiot.

If you're read his rants before you will see that he claims to never have owned nor sought to own unlicensed replicas. Just another clear example of fractured mental state.

Just so that anyone reading the rebuttal above won't be confused... it was posted by Mr. Tessier posing as Thortheking. He seeks to obfuscate his identity while trying to cause problems for the very people he's ripped off and threatened. Mr. Tessier apparently feels guilty about the number of people he's hurt over the years. His attempt to deflect the attention is quite transparent. He also displays the height of hypocrisy by claiming that the forum he's a member of, Accuprops, deals ONLY with licensed props. This is far from the truth and many of the members on the Accuprops forum are also in the list of people he's claimed are infringing on Paramount/CBS's rights. What he fails to comment on is that he has purchased and has in his collection, hundreds of unlicensed prop replicas. He's more than happy to be a part of a group that deals with infringing items as long as he is able to get some of them. Once he's burned a bridge he turns to threats. In the process of preparing this report and after contacting Steve Tassier it was discovered that he has made verbal and written threats of violence upon several of the forums members that he was a previous registered in and subsequently banned from. This is further evidence of how unstable this person is and the level to which he's willing to go to discredit those he feels have wronged him.
