Attorney for Jon Gosselin Productions breach of contract lawsuit with network filed in Maryland where contract was signed to be exclusive employee but broke deal by appearing on other shows and getting paid for interviews not authorized by contract.
Allegations of hacking into E-mail and personal accounts of spouse by intercepting phone calls and on-line accounts in violation of federal wiretap laws. Most of the funds embezzeled from family account was not used to support the eight children but was spent on girlfriend at upscale New York City restaurants and nightclubs.
The new girlfriend has criminal records for DUI and possession of Marijuana and is not a good role model for a father with visitation of the eight children. New allegations of abusing children by taping TV shows and not abiding by labor laws and education code for home schooled children.
Pennsylvania Courts order the return of marital funds only to be used to support the children and not to be blown on strippers, and drugs. Now the children are exposed to bad people and the filing of the child support order is in violation.
Now the attorney representing the case turns out not even to be admitted to the Pensylvania Bar and had to get help from local lawyers. Emergency Petition will leave the funds only for the welfare of the children and not to be expended on unsavory media hyped actions only to put fuel on the already overheated fire of marital acrimony, deceit and trickery.

how bad it gets!!! now the father of the eight delightful young kids has shown his true colors by producing a home movie video of explicit sex with close up shots of actual male - female action. Obviously this was home made just to drum up more media hype and to sell more tv shows.
Now jon has been dating the octamom making the whole thing a farce to get more mojo for producer director steven sears pondalee productions. It goes to show you cannot hide behind your facade of warehouses and empty luxury homes for filming this awfull scummy filth. San Fernando Valley residents are being exposed to traffic and polution from filn crews and kids can see the naked model types parading by the pool and jacuzzi of you north hollywood estate.
shame on you for demoralizing our beatiful community and take your PORNO back to san fransisco where it belongs with the AIDs infested homosexual bathhouses where man to man / man to woman and woman to woman is everyday event.
Some shots even show actual pentration by objects and is a serious felony in most states. do not broadcast any more to our midwest conservative church going citizens.

The children no doubt will see this slutty behavoir by the media hungry jon and it shows that even his attorney is in on cashing out on money and fame. Tampa based now new york bound attorney steven sears ploy to avoid directing media circus and hide behind other legal firms in pensylvania and georgia will show the real intent is to get as much money as humanly possible before the ratings tank and no one has every heard of these characters.

another example of a guy trying to get attention for a show that has lost ratings a long time ago, and now he is trying to get enuf momentum to pay for his floozie drug addicted girlfriend. Let them smoke dope together and end up losing custody of his 8 children.
The twins are so cute but the mom is the best to take care of these innocent youngsters. heaven help these lost sole of parents who need spiritual guidance to become caring and loving parents.
