Attorney for nighttime talk show host David Letterman gave a check for $ 2,000,000 ( two million dollars) knowing full well that there was not enough money in the account to clear the check at the bank. Little did the payee know that the whole time the New York District Attorney Crime Enforcement and Major Fraud unit was following the producer-payee and filming him as he entered the bank intending to cash the check.
The whole thing was a set up from the start, with the attorney fully well knowing that the check was worthless and could not be cashed. But the attorney was protecting his client so details of sex between Mr Letterman and subordinates would not be revealed. Well, too late, now it is knowledge to everyone that David Letterman had several sexual encounters while married and had a now 5 year old son Harry.
The Attorney for letterman made the mistake in paying the money and now having to deal with the aftermath. Obviously, it would have been better for letterman's attorney to keep the matter quiet but causing a check to be written, knowing that it is non-sufficient funds is a crime and for such a large amount it may be a felony or misdemeanor in New York.
Now world wide pants inc is going to be sued by countless women who claim harrassement or other employees will claim discrimination since they did not get their payraise or promotion when they were not sleeping with the Boss. Lawsuits and bad publicity is brewing in New York and for this attorney and his embarrassed client.

Now the client of notorious attorney steven sears defending the extortion attemp against the family of DAVID LETTERMAN has his client plead not guilty and clains that it was only an attempt to sell a screen play.
then what with getting a check for 2 million dollars after puting a threat into the car back seat of letterman's sedan. Sounds like a rip-off criminal enterprise to me!!!

Every night morre people watch the show and wonder how many women have been involved with Mr Letteman while he was in his personal committed relationship. now his son is 5 years old and will know the details of the scandal. School kids will be abusive and demeaning. Attorney will file claims and Personal Injury settlement attorney branch office in New York steven sears lead council.

Grand Jury transcripts have recorded the extortion attempt and the guilty will be punished and go to jail. Another womanizer celebrity goes free to sleep with employees and staff while wife and child at home know nothing.
