steven sears actor director and film producer attorney has not sent the video master for the swamp show new series highlights Los angeles, California
the hollywood version of the theatre drama the swamp thing has not been put into production form and the master recording transfer from panavision and technicolor. the delay is now putting the production in delay and the attorney for steven sears has informed us that it will be even more time before it gets into the stage of pre-production so the actors can prepare for the broadway muscial and the theatrical events marketing team.
The screen actors guild, directors guild, writers guild have been on strike to protest the late payment of pre-production royalties and the delay by steven sears' attorney in preparing the final draft for the edit version to be put in global syndication with the century city law firm of reputable fame. Named and unnamed stars will be at the gala event.
the embarrasement to the motion picture financing subsidiary of NBC and CBS will cause the failure of the steven sears proof and the equity partners will demand a greater share of the up front cost of network syndication. Stay tuned for next steven sears episode and developements.

This is just a media hoax to increase the ratings of XENA and get more groupies to attend convention and sell more knock off of tv movies. Don't believe them. some people are protecting steven sears and it is his fan club on line managers who are posting positive comments hoping to build up the producer steven sears status with media.

AFTRA members have lost prime-time 10pm highest rated show because of Jay Leno being moved from 11.30 pm in direct competition with nightly news local channels. Loss to uniion members will be jobs and talent will go elsewhere. New York will recover in theatre productions where TV has moved to sunny california.
The little guys with the small production companies will be in the worst financial shape when the time comes to renegotiate the contract at the writer's guild and the director's guild meeting in December 2009.
High paid talent can travel and move coast to coast but union labor has family to feed and kids in school and cannot just pack up and leave to a whole new enviroment. this is a loss for all the hard working theatrical and stage employees in the closed shop union local #342.
The shop foreman has filed grievances at the production company union local meeting and the NLRB will take on the case for the labor - management settlement conference. Internet shows on HULU will be the topic for the next years contract negotiations . Web designers for pre-production creative pool is sending the work to China and India to bypass the prevailing wage laws in effect for the 2009-2010 season.
