I am also an ex member of the group and pretty much all of what the complaintant is saying is accurate. See the problem is Mario Marciano can't take responsibility and does not have good business sense when it comes to doing the right thing. He would rather lawyer up and pay some lawyer with a weird African name who copy pasted his cease and desist letter to threaten you. I would bet that this lawyer is not a real lawyer.

Also note that he has an F rating at better business bureau for his notorious and inadequate business dealings. If you are a prospective student I would take a look at that rating and see for yourself.

I have never made any false names and pretended to be other people to spread rumors about Mario.  See Mario has lost a lot of money for a lot of people.  He has also threatened our whole group one day that was recorded by another member in the group.  I cannot say his name because Mario constantly said he "knew" people from his old neighborhood that would "do things" for him, if you know what I mean.  People are scared of Mario Marcanio because of HIS threats.  I have since been to the States and have contacted the FBI where I was not asked once about any type of threats on Mario Marcanios life.  Simple because I am not that type of person.  This is more of the unprofessional character of Mario.  Constantly screaming and threatening his students. He is actually been reported by at least 4 former students to the SEC, and FBI.  I was one of the former students.  I did lose quite a bit of money being in Stock Market Funding and the style that they use forced me to quit or I would have kept losing money.  The total cost for me was 38K.  Biggest mistake I have ever made was meeting these people.  I have contacted a lawyer and will be pursuing Mario Marcanio for defamatory statements made about me in this email.   

Lastly this is the first time I have ever used this website.  I was emailed by a friend who said there was an article about me on Ripoff Reports, accusing me of being mentally unstable and violent.  This is completely slanderous and in liable form which will only help my case against Mr. Marcanio. 

SMF Has Never Had a Client Named Jen from CT. This report is being published by a disgruntled former client Wayne Chauvin who has a detailed track record of establishing many false online names and publishing false reports about SMF. The fact that he would stoop to the level of pretending to be an elderly retired American women without children speaks to how much help this individual needs. This is outside of email death treats the FBI will be investigating.

We have taken legal action and the FBI will be taken action further. A cease & desist was sent to this former client on 11/2 and this ripoff report was posted at 1:30 AM the following day. SMF feels these claims are without merit and we are hoping this former client seeks the necessarily mental health he clearly needs. Please review the Cease & Desist Letter document sent to this individual below.

Dear Mr. Chauvin:                                

 

This firm has been retained by Mario Marciano (Mr. Marciano) to represent his and
his companys interests in connection with a series of defamatory and
threatening emails and other postings you have been publishing on the Internet.  Please direct all further communications to
the undersigned.  

It is my understanding that you enrolled in an instructional program at Stock
Market Funding(SMF) on or about January 10, 2011, for a free trial and then
signed up for the school shortly thereafter. 

You then quit the program after a short time and since then you have
been making false and defamatory statements against Mr. Marciano and SMF on the
Internet on such sites as You Tube. 

You have also been making terroristic threats of bodily harm to Mr.
Marciano through emails.  Both of these media are forms of Interstate Communication which are subject to Federal regulation and punishment. 

We have already reported your activities to the local field office of the Federal
Bureau of Investigation and provided them with your Canadian and United States
addresses, your email address as well as other IP addresses you have used to
publish your threats of harm against Mr. Marciano. Since you are a Canadian
resident, we are also considering filing a complaint about your activities with
the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). 

In light of the foregoing, you are hereby ordered to Cease and Desist from
contacting Mr. Marciano and SMF in any form or through any media.  You are also ordered to Cease and Desist from accessing any websites and pretending to be Mr. Marciano and/or anybody
connected to SMF and making false and derogatory statements.

If you continue your activities as outlined above, we will file suit against you
in the Eighth Judicial District here in Las Vegas seeking monetary damages.  Should suit be initiated, we will also seek an award of attorneys fees and Court costs in addition to any monetary award
and injunctive relief obtained against you.
