Stockton Lodi KOA Extremely incompetent, arrogant, and unethical Lodi California
They failed to notice we were towing a trailer, even though it was sitting right in front of them, and consequently sent us to an inappropriate campsite, from which we then had to move, wasting an hour of our time.
Also failed to notice that we had a son, even though he was sitting right in front of them, and failed to ask how many were in our party---then claimed we lied about the number in order to save two dollars for an additional person!
The manager used this failure on their part as an excuse to eject us from the campground, so she could resell the space we were occupying, and she refused to refund the money we had paid. She didn't even ask for our side of the story first, but was extremely arrogant, hostile and accusatory, calling us liars and threatening to have us arrested for "trespassing". The employee who made the mistake in registering us hid from sight rather than admit it was his fault.
If this is the best that KOA can come up with in the personnel department, they should be avoided at all costs!
