So my kids saw these slippers advertised on one of the cartoon channels and really wanted them for Christmas.  I ordered them on November 24.  Standard shipping was $23 which I thought was a joke.  Regardless, I never received an email confirmation or anything.  After three weeks passed, I tried to contact the company.  Of course, there is no address and no email address.  Only a phone number, which is buried in many links.  Then comes the wait.  Each of the four separate times I tried to reach the company I waited for at least thirty minutes.  Finally, the fourth time, someone answered.  The person I spoke with assured me that my order was guaranteed for delivery by December 24.  It was not.  When I went online to cancel my order, alas, an email address.  Of course, there was no confirmation and no response to my request to cancel.  So more days passed, no shipment, and finally, I called again.  My order had not been canceled despite my online request.  So when I explained that I wanted to cancel, I got no apologies for the false guaranteed-delivery-by Christmas guarantee when I ordered or for the telephone guarantee.  Just an "okay" thanks for calling.  Are you kidding me?  I wasted hours trying to figure out what was going on and I had disappointed kids who never got what they asked for.  WHAT A JOKE.  Do not waste your time!  False promises and probably (if you ever do receive them) crappy quality!
