Ugh where to begin with this disgusting illegal fraudulent company! Slippers were ordered 12/1/11 got here 12/23/11. Daughter opened them Christmas, broke within the first hour! Called Monday, closed. Called Tuesday told an RMA was being emailed would take 4 hours. Never received it. Called back 4 more times and still nothing! No supervisor ever available. Till last call some girl reordered them for me and said I would get replacements and to send back defective slippers and assured me 4 different times I WOULD NOT BE charged. This was 2 weeks ago. I check today and the order was CHARGED and processed. Yep lo and behold I was charged a second time for defective slippers. After being told I would not be. Needless to say, the poor girl who got me just now might feel my nasty words for awhile. She told me she would refund me and still send replacements. We shall see. In the meantime I thank my credit card should be notified of these fraudulent charges. Buyers beware of this illegal company they will steal from you and do not seem to stand by their product AT ALL.
