I ordered one pair of Stompeez slippers on December 6th.  The website showed the paid I ordered was in stock.  Later, the website showed all designs were on backorder, but said if you ordered prior to December 6th, you would receive you order by Christmas.  To-date, my order status says the order has been placed, but it was not shipped in time for Christmas and today is December 27th and still shows not shipped.  To their credit, they haven't yet charged my account, but I'm still left wondering what has happened to my order, and my child was disappointed to not receive one of her wished-for Christmas presents.
