I ordered five pairs of Stopmeez slippers the first part of November. As Christmas grew closer I got more and more worried. But, after SEVERAL calls to their customer service I was always told, "if you ordered before Dec. 5th they are GUARENTEED before Christmas".
I called on December 23rd and the woman assured me they were being shipped out on an overnight shipment and will be here by Christmas (because I ordered before December 5th). Christmas came and went WITHOUT my Stompeez slippers. Now we are well into Janruary and STILL no slippers. I called again (for about the tenth time) and they told me the same thing they tell me every single time I call: "We are getting another shipment in and hopefully yours will be sent out of that one". I will not hold me breath.
I still haven't figured out what scam they are running- but my kids Christmas was ruined because they were promised these. Not impressed!
