This company is terrible. I ordered 3 pair of these ridiculous slippers for my children to have for Christmas. I ordered the product in October and when they were not received by Christmas, I cancelled the order. I am now being charged for this product and told that it shipped out today. We are now in February --- why would I want to give this product to my kids now??? I called and received no assistance whatsoever from their customer service center. They will not credit my account!!!! BEWARE --- DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT --- EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
