I ordered Stompeez slippers for 6 kids on December 4th.  The order was supposed to be delivered prior to the holiday.  I called several times between the 10th and 16th only to be given the run around.  Finally a customer service rep. told me the hold up was one of the pairs of slippers were on backorder so I cancelled that pair.  I was told the other 5 would be shipped out shortly as they had them all in their inventory.  I inquired about paying for express delivery and was told it wasn't available.

I called again just before the holiday and was told I needed to be patient and it would only be a few more days (that would have been Christmas Eve).  The holiday came and went.  I disappointed 5 children who I now had not gifts for!!!

On the 28th of December I called and spoke with another customer service representative who said that one of the pairs was on back order but he would push through the other four for my inconvenience.

As of this morning (January 3rd), I still haven't received my order and called to be given the same run around I have been given for the past month.  I was told there was no way to tell me when the product would be shipped and I need to be patient.

This place is a scam or is by far the most poorly ran company I have EVER come in contact with.  I now have no product and these people have all my credit card information.
