Storage battles, and Hi Tec Storage are one of the same,  and they filled a two lockers with what appeared to be very valuable stuff, but after I spent $2250.00 i went through the lockers and they were filled with Good Will clothes and glasses, every box had the same stuff in them at both lockers, total scam and rip off, then i cancelled the credit card because i just left all the stuff in there, and left, so they wouldn't charge me with an extra 10 percent.  then they called me and threatened legal action against me as if they had done no wrong.  These people Need to Be Shut Down!  There is no checks and balances for them, they can scam any time.   Also they got me up to my max bid on each of these 5 X 5 lockers and didn't go ten dollars over to outbid me, and i had odd numbers in my bids.  Nathan Brewster is a fraudulent individual, along with his partner,  and they are getting away with theft!!

For the record, storage battles CEO is not tell the truth about all they do are lien sale auctions.....NOT TRUE

These greedy owners allows anyone to place a storge unit for auction, private sellers are private sellers, not lien

holders, this is allowed so storage battles makes more profits, and most of these private sellers are staged units.

I believed just recently,a private seller in roseville, cal sold a unit for $5,000.00,all fake junk, that storage battles

refunded the buyer his money,so the public wouldn't hear about this  rip off unit,or was it to keep storage treasures

from finding out,who knows. Also, storage battles allows multi accounts, its a common practice. Can't call these storage

battles people crooks, its more like looking the other way and enjoying the profits..

Fraudulent and Inaccurate Rebuttal by Storage Battles

The rebuttal by Storage Battles management is fraudulent in itself and inaccurate. First of all, I am not aware of anything of being sued since there was no credit card fraud at all in the first place. Besides, if they claim that I owe them $4,100 in fees (by the way, fees are 10% of your winning bid for a storage unit), that means that I have already won $41,000 total in my winning bids??? There is NO WAY that I have won $41,000 in lockers, not even half of that amount. So where in the heck did they get these balloon figures? This claim against me is a defamation of my character.

I have also spoken with other people who have bad experiences with Storage Battles and we are all on the same page, based on experiences with online bidding with them, that THEY MANIPULATE THE BIDS AND THEY WILL PUT YOU UP TO YOUR MAX BID. Who else has the access to that bid other than people who are behind the scenes, the management and owners?? Also, a famous auctioneer in your area in Arizona confirmed (after I've been spreading the word to warn people about this shady business) that 2 of his close friends have really bad experiences with Storage Battles which cost them a lot of money, because they have won several SET-UP UNITS.

This ripoff report is being written with great concern so that Storage Battles does not victimize more bidders who are honestly either doing business or doing storage auctions for fun.

Dear Potential Customer:

Please consider this my rebuttal to the single negative report brought against my company by a disgruntled customer.  To set the record straight, Storage Battles.com is an on-line auction site which connects bidders to independent self-service storage facilities which are placing defaulted storage units up for auction.

This client has posted this as vindictive defamatory statements.  He has defrauded StorageBattles.com and is currently being sued for credit card fraud, fraudulently registering as a bidder with multiple accounts with the purpose of defrauding the company, defamatory and false statements on Rip Off Report.  He has chosen to do this rather than pay the $4,145 in fees he currently owes StorageBattles.com.

Storage Battles has hosted over 20,000 on-line auctions to the complete satisfaction of over 99% of its customers.

Sincerely,

James Grant, CEO
