I signed up for six websites with Stores Online. I

also paid for assistance with PMI coaching. I started

my first website and the tech support I recieved was

ok.They published my site quickly. When I sent

in my materials for publishing, I sent in two items by

mistake, one for links for trade and one for marketing

promotion. These were supposed to be forwarded on to

the correct people, but were never received. I have

called on this before and no one seems to know where

they are.

Meanwhile, my website is just sitting there

doing nothing because the marketing assistance that I

paid for is not being done. I have not gone on to complete

any other websites because I don't want to run into

the same problem. I have had Stores Online call to

say that someone is going to be calling me about a

joint venture and no one does. I have caller id and

recieve no calls and no messages are left. I am very

disappointed with the service that I have received. I

should have never invested in the first place and have

regretted my decision ever since.

I would like to officially request a refund of my fees, although I amsure I will not get it. This was not what I expected, nor what I was told in the workshop that I went to. I thought you were supposed to help people get started. I have gotten nowhere with everyone that I talk to and it seems that this is made out to be my problem

and no one seems to care to help. I get sick everytime I think of the credit card debt of $14,000 that I went into to start this business that is going absolutely nowhere.

The statute of limitations depends on your bank. They are the ones you need to reverse the charges.

Buy the revenge guide. With the kind of money that these frauds stole, you need to do everything in your power to get your money back. Get down to the bank and convince them to reverse the payment. Show them proof of the fraud. The feds filed charges against these crooks. That should mean something. Find out how to ask your bank for the reversal first. Do that here, and by reading the book. That way, you're prepared when you go in and make your request.

Don't let the Statute of Limitations expirel! Gather up all your receipts, correspondence (E-Mail and Snail Mail) along with all credit card statements and/or canceled checks. Call your Credit Card Company and explain your experience, that you want to challenge this company and all charges and that you want all your money credited back to your account. You may be surprised at their re-action to misrepresentation. I got $6,000.00 back from another scam artist this way. GOOD LUCK. Please post your results here.
