I'm 19 and I just had this Internet Conference yesterday in which they offer their meal and their seeemingly innocent deception.

I was with a friend and I dont really know if a great hidden, monetary abuse has happened already upon my friend, who signed a paper and paid 30 dollars to go to their follow-up internet course meeting on April 30, 2005, in which we may be suject to pay $2000+, thereafter.

I can't believe what I'm reading on this website right now! And I'm very worried about the other people who attended the conference yesterday. They may be scammed of their hard earned money upon coming and getting fooled on April 30, 2005, the next upcoming weeks. I dont know what I'm supposed to do about this!

On Apr 30, they will conduct this follow up workshop in the SHAW CONFERENCE CENTRE in Edmonton.

Confused kiddy here; dont know what to do.... !

Our Banquet Hall Has Been Rented For A Seminar By Storesonline! We rent to many businesses we don't know. Daily we have breakfast meetings and luncheons. We don't always enev listen to any of the speakers!! I did think it odd when they required a phone line and a fax line for a seminar!!! We installed new phone liines for these people at our cost so they would have a "Analog Line"!! I decided, when a Tech guy mentioned there were a lot of seniors in this new business seminar ...to look into who they were online. I googled Storesonline..!!! Oh Oh..!!! There is way too much here not to lookinto this further. October 26th today, there were 300 invited guests here. Thursday there will be another 300 and Friday 300. We have a contract with this company to uphold. We don't want to get sued!! They have done everything in their contract and even prepaid some!!! Help As soon as possible!!

Keep the reports coming powers to be from SOL (sorry of out luck) are checking these forums often now

I am on vacation from work until Monday afternoon, therefore please keep the reports coming because these complaints make a strong point for my case. I am very sure that the powers to be from SOL (sorry of out luck) are checking these forums often now. Are there any ways to stop SOL from sending me flyers because it is annoying? I have meet with my attorney to officially file a lawsuit against these thieves and credit holders of Utah. It is hard to believe there are about 400 complaints (ripoffreport, squeakywheel, and complaints.com) about this company and the FTC has not stepped in yet, what a shame. What is the status on the Texas Lawsuit if anyone knows?

Hand Out Fliers

Kenny: First, congratulations for doing your due diligence. If you're unable to convince the venue to reconsider its hosting of SOL (it's probably contractually obligated now anyway), go down there with a few buddies and a couple hundred fliers and hand them out in the parking lot, put them on windshields, leave them in the lavatories. Share what you've learned with others. While they will still need to make up their own minds about Storesonline, many will be very grateful you warned them. Knowledge is power, and SOL preys on the ignorant using hard selling tactics. Be thankful you now know what you know. You're at least $2500 richer because of it! If you are still serious about starting an online business, there are many more affordable and higher quality options available to you. Don't let your research stop here.

If you go to to the next "seminar", you will definitely be scammed for thousands of dollars. My husband & son were scammed out of $4999.00 by Galaxy Mall in October 2000. I believe the price varies from person to person depending how rich or how easy you are to believe the con. When they got home & started reading the material they found out there were other charges that would be incurred using Galaxy Malls methods & you asking for their company help & support. My son was able to set up his own website & keep it going without any help from scammers that try to make you believe you can't do it on your own. He did try to tell his dad it didn't sound right on what they were trying to sell people, but they thought maybe there was some information that they could use. One thing a person needs before he buys or pays someone to set up a website is a product or service to sell. What a miracle, Galaxy Mall also had products that you could sell. We have tried since then to get a refund. They don't tell you about the refund policy until after you give them the money. You get a receipt stating "no refunds" stamped across the front with some information on the back AFTER the money is given. You don't get to read any of the information that is on the receipt until after the money is paid. My husband & son tried to cancel the deal 2 days or so after & was told that a refund would be no problem. After waiting for someone to call they called back few days later & was told it was past the refund date. They are just selling you info on how to start & run a website to sell things. They sell you several website packages. My husband & son were sold 6 websites. The really bad thing is that my husband & son still keep getting invitations to the Galaxy Mall & other seminars that they use to con people. If you go, picket instead by passing out copies of the rip-off reports that you find here on the website. From what I have learned on Rip-Off Report.com, Galaxy Mall has & uses several different names for their companies so be careful. Check this site often to learn what is out there scamming people. I wish I had known about it before we were scammed out of money 2 times, by different companies. Let your friend know about all this.

Kenny of Alberta - Here is What You Do - re Storesonline rip-off merchants

#7Consumer Suggestion

Sun, April 17, 2005

Hello Kenny, You know that these rip-off merchants are going to be at the SHAW CONFERENCE CENTRE in Edmonton on April 30 2005. Call the SHAW CENTRE and ask for the "Bookings Manager." Find out who took the booking for this travelling circus and tell them to log on to this site, put the name "Storesonline" into the search field and read about what this lousy company does all over the world to unsuspecting clients. The SHAW CENTRE has a moral obligation to the citizens of Edmonton NOT to allow these scam artists to hold their corrupt presentations in their hotel. If Storesonline cannot get a venue then, effectively, they are stopped. They will have to go somewhere else. You can then alert them too. If everybody did this PEOPLE POWER would close them down. What would they do? Bring a wagon train to town? That's what they deserve. Hope this helps!
