Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This is an open plea for help for Attorneys General Nationwide... Respectfully I submit, Storesonline needs to be thoroughly investigated from coast to coast including Alaska and Hawaii. This company is shady and questionable in their business practices to say the very least. Perhaps you won't find anything to charge them with. However, if you will look very seriously at the reports filed here and in other Complaint Sites across the internet, you will find 100s if not 1000s of desperate people who were misled, misinformed and took for a lot of money. There have already been investigations in California, Maine, Washington State and in their own home headquarterd State of Utah among others.. In knowing this, don't you think you should join the ranks? They have also been reported to the FTC, SEC, various US Senators Offices and many Consumer Advocate Organizations. Attorneys General, please bring this company to justice and hold them accountable for every damaged customer. Please make these people give back every dollar to the customers who have begged them to. I realize they have given "some" refunds, but to the total agony and fighting of the customers they have refunded to. Things should not be so complicated or difficult. Reputable companies give back 100% refunds, cheerfully to dissatisfied customers. Thank you in advance for taking the time to consider this. The time is now and action speaks louder than words... Ladies and gentlemen who have filed reports on Storesonline, iMergent and PMI along with any and all of their subcontractors, subsidiaries...let this be our petition. Join this report with one of your own. Let our crys be heard and let justice be served once and for all. Sincerely, Silverstar Reporter Nextdoor

This company will eventually go down the tubes if everyone files a FTC report

Dear Angry Storesonline-Galaxy Mall-SMC-Imergent Merchants, This company will eventually go down the tubes if everyone files a FTC report, IFCC report, and complaints in your state plus Utah. They will try to keep your money and claim that the account was never paid. I called my bank to get the cancelled check mailed to me. I am still trying to settle with them again because the other deal fell through. This is about principle and I want all of my money plus just compensatory damages for the emotional hell they put their customers through. Another tidbit, when they checked your credit; it was checked under Galaxy Mall, not Storesonline. The reason why they chnged their name was because of an expose done on this company. If the product does not work, they must give your money back. The company's policy does not matter because without us, they would have a job. You can also dispute the negative mark Storesonline or Duvera Financial/Duvera Capital has left on your credit report by writing a 100 letter to each of the bureaus along with a letter from your state's or Utah Attorney General that the case is being investigated at this time. I did this a month ago and the negative mark was removed. With Duvera Financial, you will need either your district or county office investigating Storesonline or the state of California, by law they must remove the mark off your credit if a company has questionable practices. Duvera Financial can not call or harass you. Again, Storesonline, Fair Financial, and PMI are snakes so it takes being polite to deal with them.
