Tommy, if you want to get your investment back, you need to gather all the information about the sale and how it was made to you. Then present your request for refund and cancellation to them via emails and keep a close record of these emails. Plus, call them and record the days and times and who you spoke with and what they said too. Also, present your case to the BBB in your area, the FTC, FCC, your State Attorney General's office, and the FBI Internet Crime Complain Center. Remember to also contact your credit card merchant bank to see how they might assist you if you feel you have been a victim of fraud. The important thing is to be persistent and patient. These people have no conscience and I hope that you'd be able to recover your monies. All the best!
