StoresOnline, Galaxy Mall Intentionally mislead, Scammed, Lied and Cheated me out of $5,200! Orem UtahRip-Off Report Investigation: shows that StoresOnline & iMergent is fulfilling its commitment to provide excellent customer service. I also attended their all day workshop in January 2003 when they came to Everett, Wa. I bought 6 websites for $5,200. They almost had me convinced to buy into their PMI program, but thankfully I did not.
I just submitted my demand for arbitration, to the American Arbitration Association. You can do it all on line and request a telephone hearing. Fill out the Demand For Arbitration under Commercial Rules. Send the original to SOL and a copy to the AAA. Call the 1-800 number on the form to get the address for your area of where to send it. Send a copy of the arbitration agreement you signed with SOL to both SOL and AAA. Thebn just wait for an answer.
You may be able to waive all fees depending on your financial situation.
I will let RipOff reports know how it comes out, so maybe all of you can do the same thing.
When they came to town again last summer,(they even sent me another invitation). I called my local newspaper and explained to them what a real ditbag company they are. The newspaper reporter did a wonderful job of investigating. They are under investigation by the Securities Exchange Commission, paid over 1 million dollars in refunds to California residents. Numerous complaints to Utah State Attorney Generals and the Better business Bureau.
I told the media to please alert the town and warn them not to buy into Storesonline. The newspaper article was on page 1 of the business section the same morning Storesonline held their all day conference.
I made 300 copies of the RipOff reports and handed them out to about 50 people before I got run off. StoresOnline salesman saw the article and knew I was coming.I did a few thousand dollars of damage to their sales. It felt wonderful!
6 months later they came to town again, I received another invitation. I got a few frinds together and made 300 copies of the newspaper article,Ripoff reports and handed them out at 3 seminars and 2 workshops. Everyone was eager to talk and listen. We talked to over 400 people. Very self gratifying!
I got 1 site built after 7 months and was never listed with any search engines or made any money. It was extremely frustrating, costly and very disappointing! We were all Ripped Off Big Time!
