I am happy to report that StoresOnLine has resolved my issues with them to my satisfaction, and I no longer have any complaint about them. FYI, for those of you trying to get refunds from credit card companies: it is all up to the discretion of the individual reviewing your case, whether or not they will give you a charge back - mine would not! Good luck all.
