I am getting ill as I read through these complaints. We are out over $15,000 to these sick people from StoresOnline. We were so taken in by their song and dance. They made it sound so good, so easy. Even someone with limited computer skills could do it. They showed a video of a woman who could barely speak English and she was making $20,000 a month selling perfume. We thought, "If she can do it, so can we!" So we took the plunge for 6 sites.

We completely maxed out our credit cards and took EVERY dollar out of our hard-earned savings account to finance this fiasco. My husband just retired and we were looking forward to spending time together with our kids. But now, it looks like that dream is down the tubes.

We were never given a chance to read through the contract before we signed it. We were all just herded through like cattle--only we had checkbooks and credit cards.

What really irritates me is all the hidden costs that they didn't tell us about. I worked very hard on our first site, and was all ready to publish it when I started looking at the credit card processing contract. They really sock it to you with charges for this and that.

In my mind, I shouldn't be charged for anything because I paid $999 for the thing. And if you sign it, you're locked in for 3 years with no chance of getting out. That's what put up red flags for me, and then I started reading all the very fine print and noticed other incidences of hidden costs that were never disclosed to us verbally at the seminar.

So now, I've begun the seemingly impossible task of trying to get my money back. From what I'm reading in these postings, it doesn't look good. But, I'll just have to try. I've emailed, called, and snail mailed the company. I've filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and I'm in the process of filing with the BBB and the Michigan Attorney General. If anyone has any insight into what I can do next, I'd be eternally grateful.

Good thing your filing a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General because if you did with the Utah AG you wouldn't get anywhere. Why do you think Utah is considered one of the most business friendly states. This is why so many fraudulent companies set up shop here and never leave. Although this is a wonderful place to live. If I were going to set up a fraudulent business this would be the state to set it up in. Welcome to the fraud capital of the US. Rob SLC, UT
