Hi to all out there

WELL!!! did not want to believe all I read. Like most of the complaints I received an invite to the seminar, and was further invited to workshop seminar on 2nd June 2005 at the Melbourne Convention Centre.

Likewise I concur with all that attended the seminar, very high marketing technics used, the pressure was on...you don't think very well when you are in that sort of situation. You believe what they say...anyway signed on for the 6 websites at A$6128 with creditcard. Before that asked if there was a cooling period. Was informed there was a 3 days cooling off. There was alot of things that wasn't right and you were not given a chance to look at the kit, read the contract..so everything was done in a hurried nature. And when you go home and read the contract it wasn't as how it was presented. Alot of additional costs were added.

A kind soul who sat beside me rang me on 3rd June to ask me to read some reports made to ripoff report website and other sites

After checking it out, I decided to cancel the contract straight away. My wife managed to contact one of the workshop guys staying at Park Hyatt in Melbourne and was given a pretty much cold shoulder that he was woken up from his sleep at 10.30pm, said he did not have the paperwork to cancel out, asked a few questions why the cancellation, to give more thoughts, have a look at their website, then he mentioned if my wife heard something on the news etc... finally he said to follow instructions behind the yellow slip : Notice of Cancellation follow prompts sign date and fax it back to the company straight away after speaking to him.

Did not sleep very well that night and decided to follow up the following day by sending an e-mail to [email protected] to confirm my fax: Notice Cancellation to be doublely sure...date 4th June 2005. Received a response from nobody@storesonline saying automated message-do not reply. contents of message : e-mail received, someone will be in contact with me shortly.

On the 6th June 2005 we faxed a letter to credit card to dispute any claim made by Storesonline and its related companies. CREDITCARD are now investigating our dispute.

On 7th June 2005 a representative contacted me and asked questions why the cancellation...OFFERRED A 50% reduction in the costs..my wife and I could not believe this. Told the representative that we do not wish to proceed please cancel. The representative was agitated that we refused the 50% discounted offer.

NOW BELIEVE THIS ON 6TH JUNE 2005 they took the money from our creditcard despite the very FACT, cancellation made on 3rd June 2005 the night after the workshop, email on 4th June 2005, how dishonest, unscrupolous, unethical...just do not have enough words to descibe this company...they are ripping off honest hardworking people because they are too gullible. Complete Notification was given to them and they STILL TOOK THE MONEY how unreal is that!!!! THEY BEHAVE LIKE CROOKS DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

Anyway will be contacting local ACCC.GOV.AU to report this matter. We will supply all details on the cancellation and submit them to creditcard for action.
