After attending a seminar as I am sure many people do we decided to purchase the six web site package. The credit card processor package was also purchased at that time.

Due to the fact that We are Canadian the company could not process the currency the way we needed it. We were not told this during the seminar. We were also not told that we could use paypal with no set up fees.

After many attenpts to rectify the situation with no help from StoresOnline, we found a Canadian company that would do exactly as we needed but Stores refused to incorperate it into the system for us. This company even offered to write the script we needed. We then asked for our money back since we could not use what we paid for...we were refused.

We have tried several times to get our money refunded and they will not. We also purchased a package for extreme marketing which was overpriced and misleading to say the least. We were lead to believe that there would be 1000.00 spent on our behalf for advertising. Not even close. We were given 25.00 towards yahoo marketing and one email promo. The process was so slow that we ended up doing most of the work ourselves or we would have missed the christmas season.

We have asked for our money back for everything...the processor, the extreme marketing and the balance of the other five sites not used(they will not be used because We have no faith)...and you guessed it...we were refused.

I want everyone to be aware of the not only poor customer service but the complete lack of support after the cheque is cashed.
