Did not order, request or inquire about thier product. Sent it to my home and demanded payment. I returned the product at MY EXPENSE. they forwarded my bill to a collection agency. they now will not return my phone calls or respond to emails.

Contact both the FTC and the Attorney General's office and report this company for attempting to make you pay for a product you did not purchase. You might also wish to write to the collection agency advising them this is not your debt and telling them they are not to contact you again. Since this has gone to a collection agency you might also wish to contact the major credit reporting bureaus and advise them that this bill is in dispute. Give them the exact reason you are refusing to pay the bill.
