I signed up for straight2you's ISDN internet service in July 2003. The rate was $29.00 a month plus a 1 time $20.00 setup fee.

In July I was charged $49.95, yeah that was close I guess, I wasn't going to complain about a buck and change. But on 8/31 I was charged $49.95 again, on 9/08 I was charged $69.95, 9/28 10/02 and 10/14 I was charged $49.95 again.

They won't help you if you call over the phone with billing issues, you can only tell them through email, which I have tried without any response. I emailed them the first time in October and other than a system generated reply I haven't gotten a response from them. So I contacted my credit card company and got some of the charges reversed. My credit card company informed me that I have 2 additional $49.95 charges in November but under a different companies name. I never use this card except for this monthly billing so there is no way another company is getting my info unless it came from straight2you. Don't give these guys your financial information and unless you have a lot of time and money to waste don't use their services. It's too bad because their internet service is reliable and pretty fast unfortunately you get a lot of pop-ups and you get disconnected regularly when you're gaming.

I'm not ready yet to say they are a bunch of thieves or liars yet but it's sure looking that way at this stage.

I had the sevice in May 04, then switched to another. They stopped billing me for a month then i have been billed the 1st of every month since how do i get this money back.
