On 8/7/16, an advertisement popped up on my Facebook timeline for a StraightFix brush; I paid $70.00 for this product. Unfortunately, I read the review after my purhase and became aware that this company is falsifying advertisements and sending out completely different produts. Thus, on August 13th, I wrote the company:
"Good afternoon,
I would like to cancel my order; this product not what is advertised. Please provide me with a full refund as soon as possible.
Please provide confirmation of receipt of this email.
With best regards,
Melody Wang"
There had not been a response, so I emailed them again on 8/18/16 after I received the product (a cheap brush with the label Beauty Star):
"
Good afternoon,
I received a product that is not what I had ordered; I would like to demand the full refund as soon as possible. I will continue to inquire about this until a representative follows up with me.
Thank you,
Melody"
I still had not received a response, so I reached out to this company via Facebook and issued them a warning that if they didni't provide me with a full refund within 24 hours, I would file this report to expose them.
