I originally booked with Cassie Cole in February 2013, my family and I had never been on vacation being that I was attending college full time, I then became pregnant. So my husband and I have always talked about going on vacation but being unable to afford it being that we have 5 children and to small incomes. I started looking into affordable places and that's when I came across the Strategic Dreams phone number, I called spoke with Cassie told her what we were looking for and she stated how she would be able to help us. She explained how she could book us in a nice time share resort for verey cheap money, I asked how did that work and she simply explained that we would have to go on a time share meeting which would cost us an additional $80 on top of the room fee. I agreed and we then booked. During this time dealing with Cassie was a great pleasure, when ever I would call her she would answer, if I left a message she would very promptly return my call, we arrived at our destination we were very pleased and content, everything that she promised and offered was available. Being that everything went so well and my family and I were very happy and pleased, we decided that we were going to plan another getaway. Upon arrival I called Cassie and thanked her for everything. I then explained to her how we wanted to go on another mini vacation, but this time we were interested on going to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. I asked if they were able to book us in that place and she said yes that they can book us anywhere we would love to go. But  this time she placed her husband Ken Cole on the phone and he talked a sweet deal, and gave me a fee of $347 for the weekend again I said yes, so on March 28,2013 I provided Mr. Cole with a deposit of $167, as the weeks were gettig closer I hadn't heard anything from the Coles so I gave them a call, to then realized that they no longer had the same number I googled their website and came across the 800 number, I also came across a previous complaint that a customer had posted on the Ripoff website, when I finally got in contact with the Coles I asked about my reservation I was assured by Ken Cole that everything was taken care off and that I just had to pay the remaining of the balance, and an additional 120 for another time share meeting. I again made the final payments. During that time I asked Mr. Cole about the complaint and he stated that the customer was crazy and how she expected him to jump a bridge for her and so on and on. He denied the entire thing and stated that he had squared things away with the customer. So i of coursed believed the lying cheat. On the day of our departure I called Mr. and Mrs. Cole for our stay confirmation and I that's when they started giving us many different excuses, he stated how they would call us back with the resort information, I explained to Mr. Cole how we were on the road with children the youngest being 9 months old, he told me not to worry that he had everything under control, that he was just experiencing heavy call volumes with the resort, I stressed to him the fact that we were driving 13hrs to this place, he stated to continue going that by the time we arrived he would have everything squared away. Upon our arrival to North Carolina Mr. Cole had the nerves to tell me that the Westgate resort in Myrtle Beach had cancelled all of the overnight vouchers and that there was nothing he could do for us but TRY to book us else where at this point I was extremely upset, and worried. I expressed to him that I didnt care what he did but that he needed to make same time of arrangement for us to stay. He finally called me back with a reservation at the OCEAN BEACH PLANTATION he stated how we would be there the entire weekend. We arrived to the resort at around 7pm friday May 24, 2013. On Saturday May 25, 2013 @ 8:15am I received a call from Mr. Cole stating that we had to pack and go elsewhere because he could not book the rest of the weekend, at this time my nerves started to take the best of me, I became nauseous, light headed and even a migraine. My kids could not understand why we had to leave the resort, and how they hadn't enjoyed the pool and the lazy river, Mr. Cole stated to me that he can book a stay from us 40 miles from our current location, at this point I had no choice, He finally called me back at around 10:25 am and said that he tried his very best but that he could not find a place for my family and I. Upon check out I spoke to one of the resort Managers named Joey and explained our situation and he said he could help us with a possible stay, I then called Ken and explained to him what the Manager had stated. Mr. Cole clearly stated to me that if we can pay out of our pocket that he would gladly with no problem refund us all of our money, including the gas we had spent for the travel. He even stated that he could've provided us with tickets for a show on Sunday the 25th of May. My family and I ended up paying an additional $880, for our stay on top of the $467. The day arrives for the tickets and I had not heard from Mr. Cole I kept calling him and calling him and I would continue to get the voicemail which was full. I became very upset and continued to call when he finally answered the phone i told him how he was wrong for putting thru what we were going thru knowing we had children with us, I even stated to him the fact of him being a parent and someone doing this to them he expressed no kind of remorse nor sympathy what so ever     stated that what we were going thru was none of his business nor his problem that their wasnt anything he could've done for us. Besides refunding us, to make sure we provided him with a receipt. I asked Mr. Cole for his fax number he hesitated before he provided me with it, when we arrived to our home I faxed, emailed and even text Mr. Cole the copy of the receipt. He stated that he woud release the refund by tuesday and how we should receive it by friday. I spent an entire week calling Ken, and he had the nerves to return my call and tell me that I'am not being refunded for any money. This has costed my relationship with my family, whom was looking forward to this family trip, this turned out to be the vacation from h**l. I want everyone to know that they may seem very friendly and nice at first but trust and believe it's nothing like that, I had recommended plenty of people to these guys thinking that they were honest and sincere and this was what we ended with in return, not once did we get an apolygy all I got was a I dont know what to tell you, there's nothing I can do for you. I have learned that you have to keep you main customers happy and if you want them to return, not steal and lie to them. any one doing time share meetings at the resorts please be very careful,
