We bought our M8 Box at the Wilmington Home Show in Wilmington, NC. The salesperson, Randy, said I could get movies, TV programs, and live sports. The box has not worked properly since installation. I upgraded my internet to the fastest that Time Warner Cable has, and the box still buffers excessively. (That is when I can even get it to open a category I click on.) Their website says to go to Sports Devil for live sports, but that doesn't even exist on my box any more. It was there initially, but it disappeared.
I have called the number listed on my receipt many times, and was finally given a number to call for technical support. I have called that number, 855-349-6109 too many times to count, and never get an answer. I leave a message each time, but never get a return call. I finally reached someone in sales, and they said someone in technical support would call me back within 15-30 minutes. No one ever called.
If they call me back, I'll be happy to update this ripoff report, but I don't see it happening.
