After nearly 2 months of trying to get my money back, I managed to get one of the charges credited back to my credit card. Customer service said they will credit the 2nd payment within 2 - 3 billing cycles
So I reported them to the Vancouver BBB. I suggest everyone do as much. Today, I received a couple of calls from the BPCPA out of Canada - you can view their site here: http://www.bpcpa.ca/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=112&Itemid=50
I was advised to quote these LEGISLATIVE RULES to them http://www.bpcpa.ca/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=112&Itemid=50
The same can be given to all of your credit card companies who have given money by Striaex
The second weblink states the rules that are to be applied, and show where Striaex have broken this law.
You HAVE to put in a complaint into the BBB. The more complaints, the more likely it will be that the Canadian authorities will do something about it. This company is getting over because no one is reporting their activity. They've been scamming people for at least 3 years, and there's no other way to put an end to their madness other than to expose them
You can get ALL of your double-billed charges credited back to you. Just follow the rules under sections 48 - 52 under the legislative rules. Good luck. I've already started my process to get my money back, and I'm halfway there already...

Striaex has refunded BOTH charges back to my credit card!!! After 2 1/2 months of madness, the drama has ended! Thank you Jesus! :dance: I'm still using the acne process I spoke to you all about at the end of October, and It's working [i][/i]beautifully[i][/i] So my need to clear my face was all about the cleansing process and not about this SCAM product which actually made my face worse!
