Striaex-Nuance Aromatherapy STRIAEX COMPANY IS A SCAM! Vancouver Internet
I have been ripped off by this company too! I ordered a "trial size" bottle of their lotion a year ago and tried to cancel the order via phone the very next day, but the number listed was invalid. I tried to cancel via email and they responded that they could not find my order, a couple of days later they sent me an email saying that the order had already been shipped. Well, they told me my "25 day trial period" started when I ordered the product. It took them over 20 days to get the package to me. By that time my "trial period" was over.
I am still dealing with this company a year later and just want them to stop harrassing me. Its a shame that Vancouver has such lousy laws when it comes to their business dealings.
I have talked to an attorney about this matter and he said that all they could do was put something on my credit report and all I have to do is dispute it and that way it wouldn't hurt my rating. I hate the thought of this company getting away with this and causing so many people distress.
If anyone has a way to end all this madness please let me know.
