Stripe processed payment transactions and then held the deposits. I am not making a complaint about the held funds. My complaint is due to the fact that they willnot release the funds.
The funds have been held since March, 2018 -- 10 months ago. I can not get an email response and there is no way to contact them by telephone. There is no risk of a chargeback at this point so the funds should be released. My complaint is due to the lack of response from them.

I just had to file a complaint against Stripe for this same exact reason. They don't mind taking the consumer's money, but they have an issue giving it to the business it belongs to.
