I opened an account with these people to sell some of my items online on my website. 

 

I received several orders and sent these orders out. My customers had received their orders and were all happy and thankfull based on the feedback they left me.

 

A while later, Stripe contacted me and said they were closing my account. Why? I have no idea. They said they would be refunding all my customers as well. Now my customers have the products and the money, leaving me in the hole thanks to Stripe. Products I sold ranged from iPhones to PS3s and other electronics. 

 

I tried to contact Stripe via email but they never responded so I turned to their social media pages which they never responded to either. (Email is their only communication method by the way).

 

What kind of financial company that deals with money only has email as a communication method (which they never respond to) except scammers and this company (Stripe).

 

Avoid these people at all costs.  Let this be a warning to future companies. Stripe will eventually close your account and take your money. They will deliberately not respond to any of your emails. You cannot call them or mail them, they even state that email is their only communication method.

 

A word is enough for the wise. I hope my bad experience with this company will help other to avoid financial loss with them as well.
