I paid a premium for VIP tickets to Dierks Bentley at the MidFlorida Amphitheater. Just before the concert I got the tickets and they did not allow for us to use the VIP lounge or club. I have purchased VIP tickets to several concerts at this venue and always had access to all the VIP areas. I contacted the customer service department at Stub Hub and they basically lied to me. They informed me that certain VIP seats did not qualify for VIP access and that they had contacted the Amphitheater to verify that. I contacted the Amphitheater and they informed me that those are VIP seats, but because they were purchased by a broker and resold by a third party that they did not pay for the VIP club to go with the tickets. On their website it only says VIP Box for my seats and did not denote any exclusions. So I just paid a fortune for 2 seats that I could have gotten for half the price. Their customer service department is clearly based in the Dominican or somewhere similar, and they could barely speak English. I contacted them twice and asked for a manager both times. Of course they said he is not here and then stated he was busy.

This company is a total ripoff. I asked for my money back as stated in their "fan guarantee" and they said no. If they do this to you, contact your credit card company and chargeback everything. It may take a month or two, but at least you will get your money back.
