Student7 On July 27, 2017, I ordered a kayak being sold on a promotional sale for $49.99 (yes, if it sounds too good to be true...) and my money was immediately removed from the account. 2 weeks lator the kayak, did not arrive, but the email said it was on its way. I tried to contact the seller, but the website was temporaily down. After another 2 weeks, I tried emailing and contacting them and there was no answer. I then went to my bank and filed a fraudulent claim. My bank has since rejected this claim saying the company has responded to them saying they delivered the kayak.
