Stump's Smokers Paid $3575.00 for smoker, but got no smoker! Warning!!! Centerville Georgia
PLEASE BE WARNED! RIPOFF ALERT.
I was ripped off by Stumps Smokers. I paid $3575 for a custom built smoker. Stumps Smokers did not follow their polices on their website. They made unauthorized charges to my credit card. They refused to make my smoker available for pickup by my shipper. They held my money for almost six months before the Better Businesss Bureau made them give me back 75% of my money. So I lost $893.75 of my money and I never even got a picture of my smoker. All I got was the run around, lies, threats, and hassle. Their terms and conditions on their website were designed to protect them no matter what. Beware, you will have no rights and at their mercy if you even get a smoker from them. A report has been made to the FBI.
PLEASE BE WARNED! RIPOFF ALERT. I LOST $893.75 and have nothing to show for it. This was my personal experience with Stumps Smokers. To the manager of Stumps Smokers, I forgive you. I feel pitty for you that you must steal others money to get by in life. I am sorry that you find yourself in such a place in America. May God bless you and forgive your sins.
