The first two individuals have sighned a five years lease with the landlord of the property to operate a Chinese Buffet in the city of Sand Springs,OK . and Mr Mingqin Q. Chen was the manager and operater of the restaurant.
When the time came to pay their first month rent on March 2010, they abandoned the property and left the property filthy and dirty and ran away with the keys of the property and some of the landlord equipments ,we are looking for those three individuals as they are personally liable for the lease ,they have disconnected all their phones.
