ALL,
I was told by an employee of Suburban Propne that the regional manager(Ken Pittam and Cal Calanchini) stated in a conference call that they said they did not care about how high the prices are and that the stock holders come FIRST!! This completely opens everyones eyes to how they do their pricing! Who cares about the customer!!! Get all you can out of them!!! BTW They would not take my calls! Go with Campora Propane for all your needs. Suburban will be out of business soon enough with those practices!

I am not sure what this person "thinks" they were told, but I can assure you that I am on very confernce call
and have never heard those words come out of Ken or Cal's mouth.
I can assure you that Ken is the biggest advocate for our Customer that I know.
While yes we have a rsponsibilty to the owners of the Company, but Ken truly feels that part of that
responsibility is not losing Customers and goes above and beyond anyone I have ever seen to
take care of our Customers.

YOUR post only shows that YOU have no idea HOW business works. Its ALWAYS about PROFIT!!! That is WHY people go into business TO MAKE MONEY!!!! Prices are reflected by how much it costs them and ALL over head to run said business. It IS about the shareholders.
