Complaint Review: Subway in Erwin TN - Erwin Tennessee

*Crystal McFarland which is Area Suppervisior/Tri Cities for her to be a suppervisior she don't know what she is doing and also the workers in this subway has a problem this friend of mine worked there in Erwin and she set outside the store for for hour 30 mins waiting for the girl to open up so that she could go to work this happend twice and they would not fix her time they said that she wasn't in the store working so she didn't get paid for these times that she set outside the thrid time she went in clocked in and the girl clocked her out and said that she wouldn't get paid for that time because something to do with the inventory and at 11:00 she called me to come after her because she said if i am not going to get paid for it then i am not working and at this time when i picked her up the store was still not opened and the girl had clocked in and was putting her make up on I my self also works for subway in Johnson City and i love working for subway but the Erwin store is a joke from the supervisior on down to the employee's she was cussed a number of times while she worked there there is no manager in that store and the supervisior said that she would training both girls that work there to be manager and there at each other throat and if you ask me not any of them should work there because they don't know how to treat employee's or customers I have been a manager for a convent store plus i have owned my own business twice and you don't treat people this way and on the employee's mails they charged her almost full price and they charged for every little thing that they put on the subs you all need to get someone that knows what they are doing to run this store because without the employee's and customers you wouldn't have a store cause the customers pays the pay checks cause without them you wouldn't have a store and for a foot long to deluxe they charge $1.50 for 6 inch they charge $1.00 and this crystal girl covers for them knowing that the store isn't opened on time and she don't seam to care either. and we called to talk to Carolyn Hudgens to let her know what was going on in Erwin and she wouldn't even call her back. and if this was my store i wouldn't say anything I would come to Erwin to see for my self what is happending and how they treat employee's and customers I would investgate because the suppervisior is going to lie and the works are going to lie. but like I said I work in Johnson City and I really love working for Subway but those store are run right and our supperviisor is a wonderful person and he listens to us but if we need it he will fuss at us also you need more suppervisor like him and we all respect him and we all like him because you can call him for some reason and if he can't talk when you call him he say i can't talk right now but i will call you back and he always does but he knows how to treat customers and employee's and i just want to say thank you for letting me be a part of subway team at a good location Johnson City. I just hope that you will do something about Erwin location because I know a lot of people that lives in Unicoi and Erwin goes to Johnson City to get a subway there because of Erwin. Thank You; Doris Cox P.S. they lied to my friend about her pay said that she was suppose to got paid today which is Friday March 16 2018 now there saying that it won't be until next friday and the girl is a single mother and she has already worked out her time and she would like to get paid and she would like very much to work for subway in Johnson City Her name is Amanda Lusk and she has talked to Sandy on Bristol Highway and also my son has appalcation in also on the Bristol Highway Cody Cox and if there is any way i would appreciate if you let Sandy hire them thank you and have a Blessed Day.. cussed me and wouldn't give me my time*
