SuccessPath markets all over the country under the premise that you can learn to flip houses like Flip or Flop hosts Tarek and Christina El Moussa.  They offer "free" seminars to teach you the fundamentals needed to flip houses.  At the seminar, they provide the key factor that everyone needs to get started - access to other people's money regardless of credit.  If you sign up for their weekend class (discounted for attendees only) for $1997 they will teach you EVERYTHING you need to know.

There is a guarentee that you will get your money back if you follow the steps and don't sell a house.  As all the excited people get in line - for the limited spaces - the rest of the attendees are sent on their way with a free gift...a counterfit IPod shuffle.  When you sign up for the class, you are given your quick-start book to read which provides helpful information that will be covered in detail at the class.

The weekend class begins with introductions of the instructor - unfortunately Tarek and Christina aren't able to make it, but they send their support.  In the back of the class are 5 millionairs that used the skills and techniques we are about to learn to be financially free.  Attendees are reminded that all information is confidential, and if anyone tries to market or share information, we should tell one of the members of the team so that they can escort them out of the class - obviously they don't believe in the principals and (even though they paid to be there) should leave.

Every topic is covered...all you need to do is follow these steps.  If you don't have the money available to invest, you should...get more credit cards and increase your credit limits.  They tell you how to "float" payments by using one card to pay for another.  It's technically illigal, but if you use the method they cover, you can dance around the rules.  By using your own credit cards - you are using "other people's money".

On the last day, they set up one-on-one meetings with one of the team members.  These meetings discuss your future goals.  You are told to have your financial information available so that the meeting can be personalized based on your funding.  In this meeting, they select who is able to "invest" in their advanced training....packages starting at (again discounted for class members) $20,000.  If you can't invest, you are asked to ask family members for a loan - which of course you can easilly pay back once you flip your first property.

They promise an exclusive list to hard money lenders - as a class atendee you are an insider and have guarenteed acceptance from one of these lenders/investers.  They also provide a list of banks to contact for forclosure lists.  What they don't mention is that these lenders will NOT lend to someone without a clean financial history and proven ability to actually flip properties.
