Summer Aguilar Torres And Rene Torres Housing/Renting Scam Artists Orlando Florida
Summer Aquilar and Rene Torres rented the house in Orlando, Florida claiming all kinds of hardship. Wanting to help them out, we rented our lakefront home on their promise to pay rent due on time. Later they claimed that wanted to buy the house in cash funded by their grandpa Warren Jack Hill. They refused to give us any of their contact info besides her pre paid telephone no. 15627149724
Summer Torres and Rene torres led us on to believe they were legit and gave all kinds of excuse but did not pay the rent due. Later we found out they scammed another guy on sale of their car. There are more people coming out to claim that they have been scammed as well by these two.
They are being evicted from my residence. WHile they stayed for two weeks, they sold lots of furniture from the house and cause significant damage to the property.
Summer is 5'3" brunette, overweight 180Lbs chubby and has two dogs
Rene is about 5' 8' lots of tattoos all over body, usually wears monkey cap, has a full grown beard but may have a goatee and has marking on his right hand fingers that say EVIL. Guy looks like he just got out of prison.
Both claim to be married in Las vegas. Their last residence was in Colorado by they are originally from Longbeach California. The cars they drove in was a silver PT cruiser convertible with Colorado plates and a silver Audi A-4 with California Plates. Their Grandfathers name supposedly Warren Jack Hill (email address is [email protected]). We believe they are running an identity scam as well. They posed as owners of our house while renting and tried to change/rehab/demolish the house while they were renting.
A case has been filed with orange County Florida's sherrif's office Case no. is 09-31190
Summer will only communicate via emails and text messages.
They refuse to give any references, other contacts and will refuse to sign anything.
They will claim that they have a good job with a Top employer such as Universal Studios and that she does baby sitting.
She will try to get you to give them your bank account number and other personal information.
They like to buy animals and house them along with their two dogs, a black lab and a light brown chiuawa

i wish you would contact me!! i am being scammed by the exact same people!! i have pics and other info! i know its been 4 years since this happened to you, but i want to put a stop to it! can u email me at [email protected]? thanks!
