summerwinds resorts services Sold a 4 night 5 day $79. Told them I owned a time share when I made the reservation, then got a call 2 weeks later telling me the place was full. They told me I could go to the Holiday Inn. Not what I bought; still had to attend presentation No refund offered. What a ripoff Branson Nationwide
I bought 4 night 5 day package to the David Walley’s Hot Spring resort for $179. I recently made the reservations, only to have a representative call me during a work day two weeks later informing me that the resort was somehow full and my reservation could no longer be honored. They were willing to put me up at a nearby Holiday Inn; not what I purchased!! Otherwise, I could lose my money and as far as the representative Chelsea was concerned, my reservation at the resort was no longer an issue. However, I still would have to attend the presentation. WHAT A RIPOFF. DON’T EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM SUMMERWINDS RESORT SERVICES.
