Unsafe and unclean housing. Rat feces found. Solution was rat traps but no cleanup. Cockroach infestation for entire time of stay. Dog excrement all around property. Complaints must be made dozens of times in order to get attention put to them at all. Uncaring and unconcerned office manager. Office manager Chris Annibali does not posess people skills and insults and threatens tenants. Bullying tactics are employed to intimidate tenants if they complain about conditions.
