It was my birthday. My wife invited me for horse riding. We paid cash and then when we looked around at the place and when we were was treated by a rude manager (Sarah) we asked for refund and was denied. No service, no refund.
You can't even use the money another day. My wife got three big bites on her face within minutes of arrival.
The place is overall below service standards in terms of treatment of customers, treatment of the animals and hygiene.
