Sun control landscapes and Wildflower Desert Designs were to makeover yard to a colorful tropical paradise and didn't deliver as promised. Yard looks nothing like the 3D shown provided. Curbing wrong color and cracked. Requested in writing and verbally numerous times to provide sample of compacted material between curbing and it's just small brown and beige rocks.
Nothing like photos provided. Pavers were to be removed and replaced in same order but they just stacked them and started at sides instead of starting by patio. No level was used nor compacted. There is large gap from patio and they stick up everywhere. It's too dangerous for me to walk on as unsteady on feet after stroke which I made clear to Eric.
Plants are dead and dying. Workers broke hoses and solar strand of bulbs. Wes said that he would need electrician to see them. They are solar, Why electrician needed is beyond me. Eric stated that " All hoses leak from one end or the other " Numerous times in writing and verbally I stated that I didn't want to spend $2,200.00 for 4 lights and plug for fountain.
I specifically bought a fountain with an extra long cord to plug in where other fountain was. Was advised that it's a city code violation which could create issues. I have a 17 inch black box they attached to home and a smaller one on home and one sticking up by fountain. Wes said no to anything I asked him to do.
Before curbing poured I asked him to move it closer to home so I can access hose, he said that it's staying as is. Of course already tripped and fell trying to access hose and faucet since he wouldn't do anything I asked him for. Wanted a large plant in a bare space and again Wes said no but ended up removing a small plant and put it in the wrong place.
Spent almost $9,000 for a beige and brown yard and everything is either wrong color or broken. Fountain was to be on a pedestal but it's now concrete so I can't move it if desired and they put 2 cracks on it and a gouge on it. I'm so unhappy with my yard and although both received numerous emails about issues never a reply.
Eric came out after work was done after showing him all the problems he said the only thing they would fix is the crack on curbing. I showed him to the door. Eric should spend more time listening to client instead of quoting scriptures every visit. Both are liars and thieves and GOD doesn't like that Eric, practice what you preach and deliver what you said.
You both took advantage of me and had to file complaint with the Registrar of Contractor's and filing with the Attorney General. Totally disappointed and it's very depressing to sit outside and look at the mess you created.
