Sun Valley Property Services INC. Failure to pay Surprise Arizona
I found the ad to work for Sun Valley Services in the Northern Minnesota jobs section of Craigslist around the end of December, beginning of January. Although my company had just successfully taken over the HUD contract through Sentinel Field Services, I thought this would also be a great opportunity for my employees to earn extra money by adding on Safeguard Properties to their routes.
Sun Valley Services sent us a list of properties that they needed done and from that list we chose the ones we were able to do for snow removal. We had agreed on a set price, although throughout northern and western Minnesota some properties had more than three feet of snow along with snowdrifts topping six feet.
When we conveyed this information to SVS- we also said we would be able to complete it for an increase and they agreed. The following month, I received an email asking if we could not only do routine snow removal but routine interior inspections as well. Knowing this business, and having done this for Safeguard and First Preston in the past, I know that routine snow removal, and routine interior inspections are two separate work orders. I agreed that we could do them, but we would want to get paid for that as well and when we were denied, and after not receiving payment for the previous month I decided to call it quits.
As of today, and after numerous emails, phone calls, and voicemails between myself and Mark from Sun Valley Services, all of which acknowledge that work was done, and that we are still owed money, he has yet to pay us. As it stands now I am currently prepared to sue him for what is owed me and my subcontractors. I believe the way Sun Valley Services runs their business a scam and that we have been taken advantage of, and I won’t stand for it.

Sunvalley Property Services Inc, and Markeese Boler is the biggest scam artists out there. This guy is a crook,works alone and acts like he has this great Co. behind him. I did Property Preservation work for him for several months,over 3,000.00 He always promises to pay, but never will.
Do not believe him or his sales pitch. As soon as he owes you enough money he will stop taking your calls,emails etc and is nowhere to be found. Please do not waste your time. I am also suing him at this time and will not stop until he pays.
I am 57 years old and picked up garbage for this guy for months with over $1,000.00 in dump fees,gas, extra help,etc.
This is just wrong and do not want anyone else to fall for his con.
